Pefka Hotel - Thessaloniki

The nearby dining scene is a culinary playground! Dive into mouthwatering dishes at Plaisir Cafe Panorama or indulge in contemporary flavors at Loft Bar Restaurant. The friendly staff added a warm touch, and I loved the comfortable bedding for a good night's rest.

So, I rock up thinking it's a hop, skip, and jump to Thessaloniki Centre, but turns out the bus ride is like an epic odyssey, at least 40 minutes!

The place was ideal and pleasant and the staff were very good, the location was good in a nice upper class neighborhood away from the centre. Savoury and satisfactory breakfast with plenty of coffee and bakery.

The hotel was immaculately clean and functional, had great views on the mountains. The restaurant here was big for breakfast, we both ordered fine dishes.

The room I booked was not what I received. It was older and much less appealing than shown on the website. The advertised laundry service was unavailable, disappointing for our group of four. The staff's indifference added to the frustration, and I felt that they were not genuinely interested in providing good customer service .

The breakfast is sufficient,. more fresh elements like cucumbers, tomatoes etc. can be offered.

Pleasant room with comfortable beds. Family room is double room with extra bed. Beautiful view from large balcony. Breakfast with good products. All in all to recommend.

The views from the balcony are fine, especially from the upper floors, giving you a great perspective of the area. The room was spacious and clean.

The breakfast left a lot to be desired, with limited options and poorly cooked dishes like burnt omelets. The hotel is located about 10 km from the city center, which can feel like a trek, especially if you're relying on public transportation.

The accomodations were quite adequate. Great bathroom design. Very servicable. Having top floor balcony room afforded great view of sunset over Thessaloniki. Staff was helpful.

While the location was in a lovely, airy suburb of Thessaloniki, Panorama, it was not the location we expected. When searching online for a hotel in Thessaloniki, we assumed that those listed were near the center, as we requested. This hotel is not near the center. It required a near 30 minute bus ride to get to the places we were interested in visiting and seeing.

Very friendly reception, arrival after midnight was no problem, good press performance ratio.

Nothing particularly outstanding, but reasonable value for money and had a comfortable enough night. Air con I thought was going to be rubbish but turned out to be excellent, so all in all ok. Breakfast was included and more than adequate for me. Nice pastries : )

The red wine from the mini bar!! Not drinkable and 3.50 for a 25cl bottle, absolute rubbish. Cannot be that difficult to source a quaffable red wine? Noisy lift, woke me a few times.

The family room was spacious, and I really appreciated the coffee corner that made mornings so much easier! I enjoyed lounging by the pool and soaking in the sun after a long day exploring. Just a heads up, the Wi-Fi could be a bit spotty at times, but it didn't ruin my stay. ☕

The hotel is situated in Panorama, a Hill near to Thessaloniki. If you have the right romm you will have a great view! The restaurant on top of the hotel was closed for alteration, the receptionist gave us the number for a pizza-courir and we were allowed to eat in the lobby.

Not only the restaurant should be altered, but also some rooms are a littlebit old-fashioned.

The hotel was clean and tidy, the staff were friendly and helpful and the rooms were pleasant.
